Kaneshia Williams is the Founder and CEO of BHOA United (Black Hustlers of America United), a Black-owned music and media company operating at the intersection of culture, ownership, and economic empowerment. She is also the founder of Fierce Fusion Creative and Mysterious Rose Make-Up, and a recording artist under the name Mysterious Rose.

BHOA United is a record label, creative house, and cultural movement built to develop, protect, and scale Black talent while creating long-term ownership and generational wealth.

The company is distributed by Tuff Gong International, the legendary label founded by Bob Marley, and backed by Virgin Music Group (Universal Music Group) — giving BHOA United global reach while remaining firmly rooted in independent, Black-owned leadership and vision.

As a music executive, Kaneshia Williams is known for:
